Egypt has developed a comprehensive reconstruction plan for the Gaza Strip to counter US President Donald Trump's Gaza plan to take over Gaza and displace its Palestinian population.

During a press conference after the closing session, Aboul Gheit stated that the summit reaffirmed the unified Arab stance in rejecting any attempts or proposals to forcibly displace Palestinians from their land while offering a clear, practical, and actionable alternative through a reconstruction plan developed by Egypt in coordination with Palestine.

He also highlighted that the Gaza reconstruction plan is designed to be flexible and can be adjusted based on evolving conditions on the ground.

Moreover, Aboul Gheit emphasized that Egypt's plan follows a structured, phased approach and includes specific mechanisms to secure Arab and international financial support.

He stressed that the ultimate goal of the Egyptian plan is to preserve Gaza's legal status as an integral part of the Palestinian state.

Furthermore, Aboul Gheit emphasized that Egypt's reconstruction plan for Gaza also outlines a roadmap for a new security and political framework in the Strip.

He reaffirmed that the summit's final communiqué firmly rejects the displacement of Palestinians while supporting efforts to rebuild the Gaza Strip.

It also stresses the need for completing the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, and it offers the possibility of deploying international peacekeeping forces in Gaza and the West Bank to maintain stability and security.

At the end of the summit, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi officially announced that all Arab states had unanimously adopted Egypt's reconstruction plan for Gaza.
