President El-Sisi made these remarks during an inspection visit to the Egyptian Military Academy on Friday.
According to the Egyptian Presidency, he was accompanied by Lieutenant General Ashraf Zahir, the academy's director.
The president reviewed the cadets' formation, observed their training and educational activities, and performed Friday prayers with them. He also extended Ramadan greetings.
The presidency added that El-Sisi listened to the cadets and discussed regional and international developments with them, including the outcomes of the recent emergency Arab summit in Cairo.
He highlighted Egypt's efforts to restore stability in the region, particularly in Gaza, and the Arab plan for reconstructing the strip while reaffirming that peace remains Egypt's and the Arab's strategic choice.
In addition, President El-Sisi emphasized that the solidarity Egyptians demonstrated reflects the strength and resilience of Egypt's internal front and the people's deep sense of responsibility and sound judgment. He also underscored the pivotal role of the Egyptian Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation.
