Egypt's M2 money supply rose 8.9 per cent in the year to the end of August, the central bank said on Sunday.
Money supply was LE1,115.3 billion ($182.93 billion) at the end of August, up from LE1,101.9 billion at the end of July and LE1,024.4 billion at the end of August 2011.
