At least 710 Palestinians have been killed and over 900 injured in Gaza since Israel resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on Tuesday, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. 70% of the casualties were women and children.
"The (Ezzedine) Al-Qassam Brigades bombarded the city of Tel Aviv deep inside the occupied territories with a barrage of M90 rockets in response to the Zionist massacres against civilians," it said in a statement.
Israel's army said it intercepted a projectile fired from Gaza on Thursday, while two others fell in an uninhabited area after air raid sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and central Israel.
"Following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in the areas of Gush Dan and HaShfela, three projectiles were identified crossing from southern Gaza into Israeli territory. The IAF (air force) successfully intercepted one projectile and two additional projectiles fell in an open area," it said in a statement.
Israeli Channel 12 reported that takeoff and landing operations at Ben Gurion International Airport were disrupted following rocket fire from Gaza.
The channel added that several civilian aircraft were circling in the airspace, awaiting clearance to land.
