The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecasted intermittent light rain on the country's northwestern coasts.
Daytime highs in Cairo and Lower Egypt are expected to dip to 30 degrees from a high of 38 on Tuesday, reaching 17 degrees at night.
Northern coasts will experience pleasant conditions, with daytime highs of 23 degrees and nighttime lows of around 14 degrees.
However, northern Upper Egypt expects temperatures of 32 degrees during the day before cooling to 18 degrees at night.
Egypt's deep south, always the country's hottest area, will see temperatures ranging between 40 degrees in the daytime and 22 degrees in the nighttime.
Starting Thursday, temperatures are forecast to drop even further across the country, by around four to five degrees.
