President El-Sisi heads to Djibouti for talks with President Guelleh
President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi will head to Djibouti on Wednesday for talks with his Djiboutian counterpart, Ismail Omar Guelleh, to enhance bilateral ties.

The two leaders will also discuss means of joint coordination on the regional conditions in the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa, according to a statement from the Egyptian presidential spokesman.
In January, the foreign ministers of both nations stressed the need for enhanced cooperation among littoral states in the Red Sea to safeguard their interests and national security and to confront various threats.
