In a statement, the office revealed that over 2,180 Palestinian families have been completely wiped out, while more than 5,070 families have been reduced to a single surviving member.

The statement added that Israel has killed over 18,000 children and more than 12,400 women since its genocidal war began in October 2023.

The office also noted that over 1,400 doctors and healthcare workers have been killed, causing the collapse of Gaza’s healthcare system.

Moreover, 113 civil defence personnel lost their lives while carrying out humanitarian duties.

The statement also indicated that Israel has killed 212 journalists since the outbreak of the war.

In addition, Israeli gunfire has claimed the lives of at least 750 workers responsible for securing and distributing humanitarian aid.

The office also said that Israeli occupation attacks have killed more than 13,000 students and over 800 teachers, educational staff, and administrators.

Besides, it reported the deaths of more than 150 scientists, academics, university professors, and researchers.

Ongoing massacres

Overnight into Monday, Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip have killed at least 27 Palestinians, according to local health officials.

The occupation army has carried out daily strikes on Gaza since ending its ceasefire agreement with Hamas in March.

Additionally, it has cut off the territory's two million Palestinians from all sorts of aid, including food and medicine, since the beginning of the same month.

The daily bombardment and widespread hunger are taking a heavy toll on Gaza's most vulnerable residents, especially pregnant women and children.

An Israeli airstrike hit a home in Beit Lahiya on Monday, killing 10 Palestinians, including prisoner Abdel-Fattah Abu Mahadi, who had been released as part of the ceasefire, AP reported.

Abu Mahadi's wife, two of their children, and a grandchild were also killed, the Indonesian Hospital, which received the bodies, said.

Another Israeli strike hit a home in Gaza City, killing seven people, including two women. Two other people were wounded.

Late on Sunday, an Israeli strike hit another home in the southern city of Khan Younis, killing at least 10 people, including five siblings as young as 4 years old, according to the Ministry of Health.

Two other children were killed along with their parents on the same day, according to Nasser Hospital, which received the bodies.

Since this monstrous war began in Gaza, Israel has killed over 52,000 Palestinians. Its bombardments and ground assaults have destroyed vast areas of the strip, leaving most of its population homeless.
