El-Sisi congratulates Gabon’s Nguema on election victory
President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi on Monday congratulated Gabonese President Brice Oligui Nguema on winning the presidential election, in a phone call that underscored Egypt’s support for Gabon’s political transition and development efforts.

According to a statement from the Egyptian presidency, El-Sisi hailed the election as a critical milestone in Gabon’s transitional roadmap and a reflection of public confidence in Nguema’s leadership.
The Egyptian president also wished Nguema success in steering the country toward comprehensive development and fostering stronger regional integration across Africa.
El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to supporting Gabon’s development trajectory and expressed interest in deepening economic and investment ties between the two nations.
