The two teams, who have already secured qualification for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile this October, will meet on Thursday at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo.

“Securing a World Cup ticket has given us stability and eased a lot of pressure,” Nabih told the pre-match news conference on Wednesday.

“Our match with Morocco is a tough North African derby and an early continental final. We are facing a strong and organized opponent that has shown its strength on both the African and global stage.” he added.

Nabih stressed his team’s determination to advance to the final, promising a committed performance.

“We aim to deliver a match worthy of Egypt’s name. We will defend our legitimate dreams with strength and determination and fight to keep our African ambitions alive.” he stated

The Egypt coach highlighted the competitiveness of the tournament, noting the presence of Nigeria, South Africa, and Morocco alongside Egypt in the last four.

“This shows how balanced the competition is. If these four had been in the same group, two would have exited early,” he said.

He concluded by praising his squad's mentality, saying they had shown character throughout the tournament and calling on them to maintain their fighting spirit against Morocco.
