Nighttime and early morning conditions will remain moderate.

Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 36 °c and 39°C in Greater Cairo and along the northern coasts and between 38 °c and 43°C across Upper Egypt.

Winds are forecast in several areas, including Greater Cairo, the eastern coastline, and southern parts of the country. In exposed regions of South Sinai and the Red Sea governorate, gusts may occasionally stir up dust and sand.

From Tuesday onwards, temperatures are set to drop noticeably across northern Egypt, Greater Cairo, and northern Upper Egypt, with a fall of around 8–9 degrees.

Forecast highs from Tuesday are expected to reach 30–32°C in Greater Cairo, 24–26°C along the northern coast, and 32–33°C in northern Upper Egypt.

However, southern Upper Egypt will remain hot, with highs ranging from 37 to 41°C by the weekend.

This cooling trend should bring some welcome relief following several days of intense heat.
