Israeli drone and artillery attacks struck civilians in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood of eastern Gaza, the Al-Sudaniya area in the north, and eastern Khan Younis, reported WAFA, the Palestinian News Agency.
Among the casualties were four people killed by a drone strike in Al-Tuffah, and 12 more shot or shelled while waiting for humanitarian aid in Al-Sudaniya.
Another person was killed in the south when Israeli artillery shelled eastern Khan Younis.
Medical teams reported dozens of injuries, many in critical condition, as hospitals continue to struggle with overwhelming casualties and limited resources, according to WAFA.
Witnesses described scenes of chaos and panic as emergency crews worked to retrieve bodies and transport the wounded under the continued threat of fire.
Meanwhile, in Khan Younis, medical officials at Nasser Medical Complex reported that at least 40 more people were killed in those attacks since dawn, bringing the day's total death toll to over 57.
The ongoing Israeli war on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 55,297 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 128,426 others injured.
