The platform offers access to over 200 government services, including food ration subsidies, vehicle inquiries, notary services, and social insurance.
At the platform's launch, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat said it aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and national digital transformation goals.
The cabinet emphasized the government’s commitment to building an inclusive digital economy, expanding access to public services, and supporting employment through technology.
As part of broader digital initiatives, the cabinet said remote medical consultations are now available through 300 diagnostic units nationwide, up from 150 in 2021.
The service connects rural patients with university hospital specialists via digital platforms.
The statement also noted that around five million farmers now hold Smart Farmer Cards, introduced in 2021 to digitize agricultural services, including crop sales and fertilizer access, to curb the black market activity.
