Ahmed Sherif opened the scoring for the Whites in the 22nd minute, capitalizing on a brilliant assist from Brazilian playmaker Juan Bezerra to slot the ball into the net.

Bezerra doubled Zamalek's lead in the 34th minute with a powerful strike from inside the area to ease the Whites mission.

Five minutes later, Amr Nasser made it 3-0 with a powerful strike from outside the box, effectively securing the win for Zamalek.

After the break, Zamalek continued their dominance. Substitute Seifeddine Jaziri added a fourth goal just 10 minutes into the second half, receiving another assist from Bezerra and firing a powerful shot into the empty net.

Bezerra then netted his second goal of the match in the 77th minute, dribbling past the goalkeeper, sending a sublime chip over the goalkeeper, finishing a solo effort inside the area.

Substitute Seif Gaafar rounded off the scoring seven minutes before the final whistle, tapping in from close range after Bezerra set him up inside the area to complete the 6-0 scoreline.

It was a commanding performance from Zamalek, who dominated the game from the outset, with Dekedaha rarely threatening.

The return leg will be held in Cairo on Friday, giving Zamalek a golden opportunity to seal qualification on home soil.
