16:30 Ahly have kept the same lineup. Zamalek made a few changes as coach Abdel Raouf has introduced Angolan winger Chico Banza, Seif Gaafar and Abdallah El Said in his starting eleven.

15:30 Zamalek will be without Nasser Mansi, Adam Kaied and Mohamed El-Sayed due to injury, while Nabil “Dunga” Emad is suspended. Goalkeeper Mohamed Sobhi and Brazilian winger Juan Bezerra have recovered from recent injuries and are available for selection. On the Ahly side, Hussein El-Shahat, Emam Ashour and Achraf Dari are unavailable due to injury. However, strikers Nejc Gradisar and Mohamed Sherif have returned to fitness and are expected to feature.

The two teams have met nine times previously in the Super Cup, with Ahly winning seven matches and Zamalek winning two.

12:00 Cairo giants Ahly and Zamalek will renew their historical rivalry when they face off in the Egyptian Super Cup final at Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium in the UAE on Sunday, with the game coming just over a month after the Red Devils' 2-1 victory in the Egyptian Premier League.
