The Moroccan midfielder put Ceramica ahead in the 33rd minute before Mostafa Zico equalised for Pyramids shortly before halftime.
Just two minutes after the restart, Ceramica winger Eslam Issa won another penalty when he was fouled by defender Tarek Alaa, and Belhadj stepped up again to restore his side’s lead.
Goalkeeper Mohamed Bassam was instrumental in preserving the win, making several key saves to deny Pyramids in the closing stages.
The result marked Ceramica’s first win in their three appearances in the Super Cup mini-tournament. They had lost 2-1 to Al Ahly in Thursday’s semi-final.
