Initial investigations revealed that the suspects attempted to take nude photos behind the Great Pyramid.

Authorities immediately intervened and arrested them at the scene.

During questioning, the tourists admitted to the act, claiming they were unaware of Egyptian laws prohibiting such behaviour and that such actions are not criminalised in their home countries.

A police report was filed, and legal measures have been taken as the suspects were referred to the relevant prosecution authorities for further investigation.
