NTRA warns of possible disruptions to digital services during maintenance work Saturday
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) announced on Friday the possibility that some of the digital services it provides may be affected on Saturday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, due to routine maintenance work by the South Cairo Electricity Distribution Company on electrical transformers at the Smart Village.
In a statement, the NTRA said a disruption may occur to the digital portal for device services, My NTRA app, number verification services on the Egypt Digital Platform and mobile wallet services, mobile number portability services, and the Telephony app related to the mobile phone governance system.
These services are expected to resume normal operation immediately after the completion of maintenance work.
