The president also stressed Egypt’s full rejection of any attempts to undermine Sudan’s security and stability, noting that such actions would directly threaten both countries’ national security.

Both sides discussed situations in other regional countries, emphasizing the need to reduce tensions and pursue joint efforts to find political solutions to ongoing crises.

They highlighted the importance of strengthening regional peace, preserving state sovereignty, maintaining territorial integrity, and protecting the resources of their peoples.

El-Sisi and Boulos agreed on the need for increased consultation and coordination between Egypt and the US on key regional issues, including Sudan, Libya, and the Horn of Africa.
