The 25-year-old right-back has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal that will keep him at Ahly until the summer of 2029.
The Egyptian champions confirmed that Eid has been registered on both their domestic and African squad lists, making him eligible for selection in Friday's CAF Champions League group-stage match at home to Tanzania's Young Africans.
The club have been actively seeking to bolster their backline after conceding 13 goals in 12 league matches this season.
Eid arrives following a productive spell with Port Said-based Masry, whom he joined from Zamalek on a free transfer in 2023. During his time with the coastal club, he made 39 appearances and contributed two assists.
The Egyptian international has featured for the Pharaohs in six matches, including the 0-0 draw against Angola in Morocco’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2025) group stage.
This signing marks Ahly's third acquisition of the January transfer window, following the arrivals of Ceramica Cleopatra striker Marwan Othman and NBE Club defender Amr El-Gazar.
