According to the Egyptian Presidency, President El-Sisi examined the vehicle in the gardens of the Ittihadiya Palace before driving it with President Erdoğan, from the palace Almasa Hotel in Nasr City, where the Egypt-Turkey Business Forum was held.
The vehicle, a Togg T10X produced by Togg – Türkiye’s Automobile Joint Venture Group, is Turkey’s first domestically manufactured electric car.
Erdoğan’s visit also featured intensive bilateral talks, the signing of several memoranda of understanding, and a joint press conference addressing regional and bilateral issues, including Gaza, Sudan, Libya, and broader Middle East cooperation.
