Cairo Opera House will hold a three-day Valentine’s Day Festival featuring stars of the Arab stage - Wael Jassar, Medhat Saleh, and Omar Khairat - on three consecutive evenings

12 February will mark a performance by Wael Jassar, a renowned Lebanese singer known for his soulful voice and emotional style that blends classical Arabic music with modern romantic ballads. 

With a career spanning over two decades, Jassar has released numerous successful albums and performed across the Arab world. He is also known for his religious and spiritual songs, earning him a special place among fans of heartfelt, meaningful music.

His live performances are especially celebrated for their intimacy and vocal precision, creating a strong emotional connection with audiences that continues to draw listeners of different generations.

13 February will present Medhat Saleh, one of Egypt's most popular singers, with a wide collection of famous songs, such as Kawkab Tany (Another Planet), Wala Teswa Domoe (Not Worth the Tears), and El-Donia Alemetny (Life Taught Me), as well as dozens of film scores. 

Known for his warm, emotive vocal style and romantic ballads, he built a wide audience through hit songs and memorable film roles that positioned him as a pop icon of the era.

Over the years, Saleh has continued to reinvent himself, returning to the spotlight through television dramas and large-scale musical projects that reinterpret classic Arabic songs with contemporary orchestral arrangements, reaffirming his lasting presence in Egypt’s popular culture.

Omar Khairat will take the stage on 14 February. It is an evening with one of the top musicians of the Arab world, with hundreds of compositions in his repertoire memorized by his followers.

His music, blending classical orchestration with Arabic melodic sensibilities, has defined the sound of countless films and television series.

A live concert by Khairat is always a nostalgic yet powerful experience, marked by grand arrangements and an unmistakable emotional pull.

All performances take place at the main hall of the Cairo Opera House (Zamalek) and begin at 8pm.
