The Cairo giants were placed in Quarter-final 3 of the draw held at the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) headquarters, with the knockout ties set for mid-March.
The first legs will take place from 13 to 15 March, while the return matches are scheduled for 20 to 22 March.
Zamalek booked their place in the last eight after topping their group with 11 points, ensuring a favourable seeding in the draw.
The semi-final bracket has also been determined, with the winner of Zamalek’s tie set to face the victor of the quarter-final between Masry and CR Belouizdad.
That arrangement leaves open the prospect of an all-Egyptian semi-final should both Zamalek and Masry advance past the last-eight stage.
