The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is Zoho’s second-fastest growing market, with a 41 percent CAGR over the past five years.

In Egypt, the company’s revenue grew nearly 41 percent in 2024-2025, driven by partnerships with local businesses in financial services, retail, education, and manufacturing.

Zoho is a global, privately held technology company known for its suite of cloud-based business software, covering CRM, email, finance, HR, and collaboration tools, serving over 150 million users worldwide.

The company supports Egyptian businesses by offering pricing aligned with local market conditions instead of relying on dollar-based models, while combining local expertise with its global technology ecosystem to meet growing demand for AI-backed solutions.

Zoho also plans to double its partnerships with major Egyptian firms, including e& Egypt and Fawry, and expand its data centre investments across the MENA region.

“This move will help empower businesses, support digital transformation, and foster innovation in Egypt,” said Hyther Nizam, Zoho CEO for the Middle East and Africa.

AI is reshaping industrial operations, financial services, and regulatory frameworks in Egypt. The country has increased efforts to boost digital transformation and attract international companies, aiming to become a major hub for global data transfer and communications, according to its National AI Strategy 2025-2030.
