He also instructed the NTA establish strategic regional and global partnerships with prestigious institutions that share common goals.

The meeting reviewed the proposed strategic plan for the Academy, its vision and mission, including developing human capital and building leaders capable of leading institutional and societal transformation, in order to boost Egypt's regional and global position.

The plan focuses on effectively contributing to developing the administrative apparatus, preparing qualified national cadres, leading positive change on societal issues, and disseminating the values of leadership, innovation, and institutional integration.

The meeting was attended by the NTA Executive Director, Solafa El-Goueili; Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher; the director of the Egyptian Military Academy, Major General Mohamed Salah El-Turky; and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.

She emphasized that the NTA's work is based on the latest training and capacity-building methodologies. This, she noted, is achieved through integrated training and presidential programmes that enhance leadership and technical skills, particularly for young people, and solidify modern management concepts.
