In a Monday statement, Dubai Airports said a limited number of flights would operate from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) starting 2 March.
Passengers were told not to travel to the airports unless they had been contacted directly by their airline with a confirmed departure time.
Emirates said it would operate a limited number of flights from Monday evening, prioritizing customers with existing bookings. The Dubai-based carrier said passengers rebooked onto the available services would be contacted directly.
All other Emirates flights remain suspended until further notice.
Etihad Airways said some repatriation and cargo flights could operate in coordination with UAE authorities, but scheduled passenger services remain halted because of the ongoing conflict.
Airspace closures and flight suspensions have disrupted travel across the Gulf as fighting between the United States and Iran continues for a third day, raising concerns about further regional spillover.
