Since the start of the joint US-Israeli war on Iran on 28 February, Israel has assassinated several top Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and the Islamic Republic's powerful security chief, Ali Larijani.
In recent days, the US and Israel have carried out several strikes targeting the naval assets of Iran.
There was no official confirmation from Tehran.
The Iranian Ministry of Health reported that at least 1,937 people, including 240 women and 212 children, were killed and 28,800 were wounded in US and Israeli strikes since the start of the war.
