Six of the injured were treated in the city of Bnei Brak, which is largely populated by ultra-Orthodox Jews, according to Israeli emergency services.
It said that they were in mild condition with blast injuries.
The army's Home Front Command said it had received "reports of damage" in the central parts of the country.
Earlier on Tuesday, at least 10 blasts were heard in the Jerusalem area after missile launches from Iran were detected though no injuries were subsequently reported.
In Lebanon, four Israeli occupation soldiers, including an officer, were killed in close-range clash with Hezbollah resistance group.
According to the Israeli army, the incident occurred Monday evening in the western sector of southern Lebanon, where troops from the so-called Nahal Reconnaissance Unit engaged with resistance fighters.
One additional soldier was seriously wounded, while another soldier and a reservist were moderately injured as Hezbollah fighters fired an anti-tank missile toward the occupation troops.
Meanwhile, Hungarian low-cost airline giant Wizz Air further extends its suspension of flights to and from Israel, as Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport remains closed to foreign airlines amid the ongoing war on Iran.
Wizz Air says it will extend its flight cancellations through 20 April, from the previously announced date of 14 April. Israel’s airspace has been shut to foreign airlines since 28 February, when the war began.
