Yemen's Houthi rebels on Thursday announced a fourth missile attack targeting Israel, warning that they “will deal with future developments according to the enemy's escalation or de-escalation.”

In a video statement, Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree said the group fired a “barrage of ballistic missiles targeting vital Israeli enemy targets” in the Tel Aviv area.

“Continuing our support for the resistance and jihad fronts in Iraq, Iran, Palestine, and Lebanon, the Yemeni Armed Forces, with Allah's help, carried out a military operation targeting vital Israeli enemy targets in the occupied Yaffa area,” Saree said.

He added that the operation was conducted “jointly with our mujahideen brothers in Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon, and it successfully achieved its objectives.”

“The Yemeni Armed Forces affirm that their military intervention in this crucial and exceptional battle is gradual and, relying on Allah, will not stop at this level,” Saree said, reiterating that future actions will respond to the moves of the US and Israel.

The Israeli military confirmed it had detected a missile launched from Yemen.

On Wednesday, the Houthis claimed a missile attack on Israel, marking their third such claim since the US-Israeli war on Iran began last month.
