The Sky Blues opened the scoring early in the first half through Mostafa Ziko, before winter signing Nasser Maher doubled the lead from the penalty spot five minutes after the half-hour mark.
Maher completed his brace nine minutes after the break, while winger Mahmoud Zalaka sealed the emphatic victory at the hour mark.
Pyramids FC advanced to the semis following a 2-0 victory over Petrojet, while Enppi claimed a 2-0 win over WE SC in the quarterfinals.
The CAF Champions League title holders delivered a dominant performance throughout the game and were frequently close to extending their lead as Enppi struggled to contain their attacking flair.
The victory extends the Cairo-based side’s impressive cup run, with the club now appearing in the Egypt Cup final for the third consecutive season and the fifth time in their history.
The Sky Blues will now bid to add a second title to their cabinet, having last lifted the trophy in 2024 with a 1-0 triumph over ZED FC in the final.
Pyramids FC failed to defend their title last season after losing 8-7 to Zamalek, who were eleminated this season from the round of 16, in a penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
The final is scheduled to take place at Cairo International Stadium on 10 May.
