The closing ceremony was held at the ACA headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of ACA Chairman Amr Adel and Head of Libya’s Administrative Control Authority Abdullah Qader Bouh, along with senior officials and programme participants.
The three-week programme brought together supervisory-level members of Egypt’s ACA and representatives from anti-corruption bodies and law enforcement agencies in Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Libya.
The programme delivered a comprehensive, integrated training agenda, combining theoretical and applied components tailored to address the increasingly complex and transnational nature of corruption.
Participants engaged in specialized sessions covering the legal, economic, administrative, and technological dimensions of anti-corruption efforts and prevention mechanisms.

The programme also placed strong emphasis on leadership development, decision-making processes, investigative methodologies, and the application of advanced technologies in tackling emerging and cross-border crimes.
Complementing the academic component, the programme featured practical workshops and field visits, enabling participants to exchange expertise, compare institutional experiences, and explore best practices in oversight and regulatory frameworks.
The initiative forms part of the ACA’s broader strategy to build institutional capacity, develop professional expertise, and strengthen cooperation with counterpart agencies across the Arab region, underscoring Egypt’s sustained role in promoting governance reform and regional integration.
