The Egypt international last scored on 25 January, when he grabbed Nantes’ lone goal in a 4-1 defeat by Nice.
The result left Nantes second from bottom on 20 points, five behind 16th-placed Auxerre, as they battle to avoid relegation.
The bottom two are relegated automatically, while the side in 18th enters a playoff.
It was Mohamed’s first start since 26 February, having been limited to substitute appearances in recent weeks.
He came off the bench for 24 minutes against Angers and nine minutes against Auxerre after being unused in five matches.
Limited playing time has seen Mohamed fall out of favor with Egypt coach Hossam Hassan.
He featured sparingly at the Africa Cup of Nations, playing 215 minutes across seven matches as Egypt finished fourth.
