The tournament will take place in Qatar for the second successive edition from 19 November to 13 December.
46 of the qualified nations are now confirmed, with the final two places to be decided on Saturday in the African qualifying playoffs.
The winners of the Ethiopia-Mozambique and Uganda-Ghana ties will secure the remaining spots at the 48-team tournament.
