Esperance booked a last-eight berth with a 1-0 aggregate victory after the first leg ended goalless in Algeria.
Recreativo de Libolo of Angola also went through after beating Nigerian side Enugu Rangers 3-1 on aggregate.
Ivory Coast's Sewe Sport qualified for the group stage on the away goals rule after a 1-1 aggregate draw with Morocco's FUS de Rabat.
