Egypt 's U-20 team on Wednesday suffered a heavy defeat in their second test before the upcoming U-20 World Cup, losing 3-1 to Montenegro in Spain, where they are currently holding a training camp.
The U-20 World Cup is set to kick off on 21 June.
The African champions produced a disappointing performance during the match, being largely dominated by Montenegro.
Egyptian striker Ahmed Hassan 'Koka' scored the consolation goal for the young Pharaohs in stoppage time.
In their first test on Monday, the young Pharaohs were held to a 2-2 draw by Romania.
Egypt's youth team lie alongside Chile, England and Iraq in Group E.
