Egypt Misr Cement Qena promises LE16 dividends

Pledge comes as firm shares rise 10 per cent in strong trading

Egypt's Misr Cement Qena said on Sunday it will distribute 16 Egyptian pounds ($2.69) cash dividend per share.

The company posted a 21.6 per cent rise in full year 2010 net profit to 428.3 million pounds. Its shares rose 10 per cent on Sunday.
