Zein Alabedin Khairy (R) Doaa Abdel-Wahab (L)
Nefro Publishing House in Downtown Cairo will host poet and journalist Zein Alabedin Khairy along with poet Doaa Abdel-Wahab on Thursday, 19 December, at 6pm for an evening of poem recitals.
Zein Alabedin Khairy, 40, is a jpurnalist with Al-Ahram newspaper and a poet who writes in colloquial Arabic. He is the son of late renowned Egyptian novelist Khairy Shalaby. Doaa Abdel-Wahab is a colloquial poet and is best known for the poem collection Drowning on the Land.
