The armed wing of Islamic Jihad said it fired a salvo of rockets into southern Israel from the Gaza Strip on Wednesday.
"The Al-Quds Brigades responded to (Israeli) aggression with a volley of rockets," the group said in a statement of an attack which came a day after an Israeli air strike killed three of its members in southern Gaza.
