Egypt reached the semi-final following a nervy 2-1 win over Morocco in the tournament's quarters on Sunday, while Cameroon went through after defeating Gambia 2-0 one day earlier.
The EFA said all players and technical staff members had returned negative results, two days before the Cameroon meeting.
However, several Egypt players remain doubtful, with keepers Mohamed El-Shennawi and Mohamed Abou-Gabal still suffering from muscle injuries and midfielder Hamdi Fathi facing a race against time to be fit for the game.
Experienced defender Ahmed Hegazi, who was taken off in the second half of Egypt's win over Morocco, is out for the rest of the tournament with a groin injury.
