Speaking at a press conference where he announced the final squad for the continental tournament, Vitoria acknowledged that no coach can guarantee winning the Africa Cup of Nations title.
However, he emphasized his commitment to treating all seven games as crucial encounters.
The AFCON 2023 finals are scheduled to take place in Cote d'Ivoire from 13 January to 11 February, 2024.
Egypt's campaign will kick off on 14 January against Mozambique.
Egypt, who holds a record seven AFCON titles, will also face Ghana in the second round of Group B matches on 18 January, concluding the group stage with a game against Cape Verde on 22 January.
"We will be fully prepared for any challenge, and our national team will be in excellent form," asserted the Portuguese coach.
Vitoria emphasized his past experience of winning titles, stating that while he cannot guarantee victory, he always strives to give his best and put his team in a position to succeed.
"With formidable opponents ahead, we will fight in every game to achieve our goal," added Vitoria, emphasizing the team's determination.
Ahead of the AFCON finals, Egypt will hold a preparatory camp in Egypt's New Administrative Capital from 2-9 January.
They will also engage in a friendly match against Tanzania as part of their final preparations before departing for Cote d'Ivoire.
