Guirassy has fully recovered from a thigh injury that had sidelined him for Guinea's previous two matches against Cameroon (1-1) and Gambia (1-0 win).
Guinea finds themselves in second place in Group D with four points, trailing group leaders Senegal, who have already secured their spot in the next round after accumulating six points.
"It is no secret that Guirassy will participate against Senegal. We have missed his contributions, but we also have full confidence in Mohamed Bayo." Coach Kaba Diawara told the pre-match news conference on Monday.
Guirassy, who joined Stuttgart from Stade Rennais in Ligue 1 last summer, has been in exceptional form for his new club, scoring an impressive 17 goals in 14 league games.
He currently ranks second on the Bundesliga's top scorers list, just behind Bayern Munich's striker Harry Kane, who has netted 22 goals.
