20:00 Egypt coach Hossam Hassan made three changes to his lineup. He introduced Ahmed Fattouh for injured Mohamed Hamdy while Emam Ashour has been assigned a starting role in midfield over Ibrahim Adel and defender Hossam Abdelmagid for Mahmoud Trezeguet.
