Egypt is expected to witness dusty winds, rain and extremely cold weather in the coming days, the head of Egypt's Meteorological Authority Ahmed Abdel-Aal said on Saturday.
Abdel-Aal warned of dusty south-westerly winds as well as rain in Cairo starting on Sunday, saying there could also be storms.
The head of the authority said that Monday will see better weather, but dusty winds are expected again on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Temperatures are expected to go down by 3-4 degrees, with colder weather expected in the northern parts of the country as well as in Cairo.
Frost is forecasted for central Sinai and Upper Egypt.
