The Muslim Brotherhood dismantled their stage in Tahrir Square on Saturday, withdrawing from the square and removing several tents in which they had spent the past two days.
Several other tents are still in place as other groups have not yet decided when they will withdraw.
As events are still planned for Saturday, in memory of the 28 January 2011 "Day of Rage," many remain occupying the square.
However, several groups are expected to withdraw by the end of the day. The April 6 Movement (Democratic Front) released a statement informing that the group will be withdrawing from Tahrir Square to focus on rallies around Cairo and reaching out to people in the coming days.
