Kuwait’s health ministry said it had recorded 169 new coronavirus cases in the country on Sunday, including 26 among Egyptian residents.

 

Kuwait has logged 3,075 total coronavirus cases so far, including 806 recovered cases and 20 deaths.

 

On Saturday, Kuwait announced that it discovered 51 cases of coronavirus among Egyptian expats.

 

It also recorded the death of a 45-year-old Egyptian resident related to a coronavirus infection.

 

It is the first such death among Egyptian residents of the Gulf country.

 

According to official statements, the total number of Egyptian coronavirus patients in the country is now 305.
