Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi (R) and Jordan’s King Abdullah II (L)
Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi discussed on Sunday the latest developments in Palestine with Jordan’s King Abdullah II in a telephone call, the Egyptian Presidency said.
According to the Egyptian Presidency, El-Sisi and Abdullah II agreed to boost efforts regionally and internationally to revive the peace process in the Middle East and to encourage talks in order to reach a comprehensive and fair solution that would protect the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
The two leaders also discussed ways to boost bilateral relations between Egypt and Jordan.
The Egyptian Presidency added that both El-Sisi and Abdullah II agreed to continue coordination and consultation concerning different issues of common interest to both countries.
