Schools and universities will be postponed one more week, said Minister of Higher Education and now in charge temporarily of the ministry of Education. Ahmed Zaki Badr, former minister of education was sacked but not replaced as of yet.
The midterm recess was initially supposed to end on 12 February, and this is the second weeks schools and universities are postponed.
The curfew and protests all over the nation is attributed to be the reason. Schools and universities are supposed to resume on 26 February, as Hilal stated.
