49 killed, 247 injured on Egypt revolution anniversary: Health ministry

Forty-nine people were killed and 249 injured in clashes on the third anniversary of the January 25 revolution, the health ministry has announced.

The deaths occurred in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and Minya, while the injuries took place in Giza, Cairo, Alexandria, Fayoum, Ismailia, Minya, Assiut and Beni Suef.
