A dense mist overshadowed Cairo this morning causing bad visibility in some areas of the capital, slowing traffic particularly in the Muqattam hills.A number of accidents were reported across the city, by the Citadel, on the main Salah Salem Street in Heliopolis, and in Downtown's Kasr El-Eni Street. No injuries have been reported.
