Khalaf, 44, was arrested in October 2021 after posts accusing him of sexually molesting and attempting to rape the girls during a workshop went viral on social media.

Tuesday’s ruling can be appealed according to Egyptian law. Khalaf’s first court hearing took place in November 2021.

He participated in more than 25 films as a supporting actor.He did not gain fame or popularity; however, he was well known as an acting coach in the past few years in Egypt.
