The decision was prompted by media and social media reports that the young woman might have been a victim of blackmail by two of her colleagues, according to a statement by the prosecution.

According to the media, Naira experienced severe vomiting at her dormitory at Arish University on Sunday. She was rushed to a hospital, where she fell into a coma and passed away.

The initial investigation concluded no foul play was involved, according to the statement.

The prosecution said it had re-questioned the victim's parents and sister, who now suspect foul play in light of the recent reports.

Additionally, the prosecution said it has summoned individuals potentially connected to the incident, including witnesses and alleged perpetrators.

Furthermore, the prosecution is examining the footage captured by the cameras located at Arish University
